These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding legal agreement between you and EdgeLord, LLC ("EdgeLord," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the EdgeLord website and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
EdgeLord is not a sportsbook, casino, bookmaker, broker, or gambling operator. We do not accept wagers, hold customer funds, facilitate bets, or pay out winnings. The Service provides data-driven sports analytics, statistical projections, and opinions about publicly available betting lines strictly for informational and entertainment purposes.
Nothing on the Service is a solicitation, recommendation, or offer to place any wager. Any decision to place a bet with a licensed sportsbook is made solely by you, at your sole risk, and is subject to the laws of your jurisdiction.

Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain. Our picks, projections, edge calculations, confidence scores, and any other analytics are opinions based on historical data and statistical models. They are not guarantees of any outcome or return. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

EdgeLord is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, or tax professional. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You should consult appropriately licensed professionals before making any financial decisions.
Sports wagering can be addictive and financially harmful. Only wager amounts you can comfortably afford to lose. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, help is available:
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.
Certain features of the Service are available only with a paid subscription ("Pro"). Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate until canceled. You may cancel at any time via your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You authorize us and our third-party payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:
All content, trademarks, logos, software, models, and data on the Service are owned by EdgeLord, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You receive no ownership rights by using the Service.
The Service incorporates data from third parties (including, but not limited to, sportsbook odds feeds, player statistics providers, and weather services). We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party data or any third-party websites linked from the Service.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with all faults, and without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EdgeLord, LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. No advice or information obtained from the Service creates any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall EdgeLord, LLC, its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, or licensors be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages — including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, lost wagers, or losses incurred by placing bets — arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall EdgeLord, LLC's aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the limitations above may not apply to you in part or in whole.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EdgeLord, LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; or (d) any wager you place or refuse to place.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason or no reason, including for any violation of these Terms, without notice or liability. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will survive — including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Except where prohibited by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware, or another mutually agreed location, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
YOU AND EDGELORD, LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by sending written notice to legal@edge-lord.com.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Service and updating the "Effective date" above. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EdgeLord, LLC regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them freely.
